A. Cancellation policy

Introduction

Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that cannot be predominantly attributed to either their commercial or independent professional activity:

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within 30 days without giving reasons.

The cancellation period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, have to you us (DIGICOM MEDIA LIMITED,Suite C, Level 7, World Trust Tower, 50 Stanley Street, Central HK, Tel.: on request, email: office@vamaro.de) of your decision to revoke this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You can use the attached form, but this is not mandatory.

You can also use the sample cancellation form on our website https://vamaro.de/pages/cancellation policy Complete and submit electronically. If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you confirmation (e.g. by email) of receipt of such a revocation.

In order to meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send us the notification of your exercise of the right of cancellation using the cancellation form before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of revocation

If you revoke this contract, we must repay to you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choosing a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment we use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless something different was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees as a result of this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen day period has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

You must pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.  
This applies in particular to opened or used cosmetic products (e.g. serums or creams) that have already been in contact with the skin.

General information

1) Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please send the goods back to us in the original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against transport damage.
2) Please do not send the goods back to us carriage paid. And inform us beforehand about your cancellation.
3) Please note that the aforementioned numbers 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.

Note on returns and refusal of acceptance:

Please note that our return address is different from the return address. A return or refusal of acceptance (e.g. via digital refusal of acceptance in shipping apps) without prior contact with us cannot therefore be processed correctly.


We expressly ask you to to contact us before any return or refusal of acceptance and complete the corresponding cancellation form completely. This is the only way to ensure proper reversal. A return to a different address that has not been agreed with us cannot be taken into account.

**Return Condition Statement**

I hereby declare that the product has not been used beyond an examination of its nature, properties and functionality and is in a condition that can be returned.

I am aware that, in accordance with Section 357 Paragraph 7 of the German Civil Code (BGB), the company can demand compensation for the return of goods if a loss in value is due to use that goes beyond mere inspection.  

This particularly applies to opened or already used cosmetic products (e.g. serums or creams) that have been in contact with the skin. In such cases, the refund amount will be reduced accordingly.  

I am also aware that if false information or incomplete information about the use of the product is provided, testing may be refused or an appropriate compensation may be charged.
